Gold rates changes every day due to many external factors & conditions associated nationally & in global market. We have listed the pricing of Jewellery products using predefined Gold rates as per our company standards. Before, during or after sales, the final price of your product would be determined, according to pricing of gold in the market applicable at the time of placing the order. The difference in the pricing will be calculated by our customer representatives. We will refund the amount, if the real time market price of Gold is lower than our predefined standards, Or on the other hand, you will have to pay the remaining balance amount if the real time market price of Gold is higher than our predefined standards. Shipping Policy

  1. Currently, we offer shipping to selected areas only. Please confirm the shipping location before placing the order from our representatives.
  2. Generally, Your order is dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days and will be delivered to your address within 7 to 10 business days.
  3. In case of special request, for instance, if added certification is required, we will need 2-3 extra business days to prepare & dispatch your order.
  4. Is your product safe & insured ?  We make all necessary arrangements to keep your order safe during the logistic process. We also make sure that every part of your order is insured.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Modification or Cancellation Policy

  1. If you have placed a wrong order, or need to modify any order details (product, shipping or billing address) , you can get in touch with our customer support executives via email ( or WhatsApp (+91-98115-99292) to modify order details before the order is dispatched.
  2. No modification shall be applicable once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, which generally takes 2 to 3 business days from the date of order.
  3. If you wish to cancel your order, you need to submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order. No cancellation will be considered after 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
  4. There is no option for ‘Partial Cancellation’ of the order, If you wish to cancel a part of your order, you need to get in touch with our representatives which will assist you to cancel the current order and place a new order with your specific requirements.
  5. How long will it take to process my cancellation request? Once we receive the cancellation request for the item(s) you placed an order for, we will process the request within few business hours and initiate a refund.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Depending upon the screen resolution and photography conditions, the actual product may slightly vary in colour & texture.
  2. We always strive to provide best in class products, customer services, pre and post sales support to all our customers. But, still if you are not satisfied with the quality of products or it doesn’t fulfil your requirements, you can easily request a return or replacement option within 7 days of date delivery
  3. We offer a transparent & clear, 7 Days Return & Replacement Policy on all our orders, from the date of delivery
  4. Items must be in original conditions, unused and no damage should be caused to the product due to customer’s negligence.
  5. In order to fulfil your return/replacement request, we charge a fee as per the cost of logistic as reverse shipping, handling & packaging fees. The rest of the order amount is refunded to customer’s bank account within 7-10 days we receive the original product in our warehouse. Please confirm the fees amount with our executive for your order.
  6. The Refund will be processed after the inspection by our customer care team.
